Marriage Unjustness

Sometimes in a marriage, things just aren't fair.  My husband went to the U2 concert last night.

I went to Evie's preschool graduation.

I definitely had the better end of the deal.  I'll take Evie's singing over Bono any day of the week.

Grateful Mom Goal of the Day: I'm planning some fun time for the entire family.

I agree with the above comments. I would so rather go to preschool graduation that fight through the crazy crowds so that I could have a headache this morning.

Be sure to do something fun for all of you though. It looks like you husband had fun--so that's good. It would probably take a few GNOs to even that score. But who's counting. :)

I would take the preschool graduation over U2 also.

I'd take anything related to my child over U2 as well. I mean I like U2 and all but Evie just saved you from a ridiculously priced ticket too!

Awwww I'm so sad that the girls didn't get to graduate preschool together :( Britt still misses her everyday!

One of my daughter's two best friends won two tickets from a local radio station. Sadly, she chose the third person in their trio of best friends so my daughter got to stay home. I wish I could say she was happier playing volleyball with me and her sisters...

I should mention that my husband got his ticket for free, from an old friend. I think he was physically incapable of turning it down. :)

I do not like concerts!! I hate the crowds, the smells, the waiting!! Nope, I prefer my music at home! For me, there would be no choice over a concert or something kid-related!

Isn't that just like a husband. However, I think you did chose the better part. My husband and I went to a Tim McGraw and Faith Hill concert and we could hardly hear the music due to the loudness of the crowd.
Your little graduate is adorable.
Thanks for visiting my blog.
Blessings to you!

hmmm. A concert. I can't remember the last time I went to one of THOSE. I have to admit; that would be a hard choice. I mean, there WILL be many, many more graduations right??? Ok, I'm a bad, bad mommmy...
